  16. I have been told that, if you're in real trouble with a dog, the most 
  17. effective tactic is to grab the dog's lower jaw and *TWIST*. 
  18. Apparently, dogs' jaws are dislocated/broken quite easily, and the 
  19. dog is pretty much incapacitated.
