- Well, in Manitoba, a flashing green light usually takes the place of
- a turning arrow. When the light flashes, that means vehicles may make a
- left turn. Another thing is, are they really accomplishing anything with
- making a flashing turning arrow instead of just a solid one? Is a flashing
- light supposed to signify that this is a "short" turning light so get your
- ass in gear or what?
