- Stop! Hold everything! The trouble started when North violated correct
- procedure (as defined in Law 41D) by misarranging dummy! If this irregularity
- somehow worked to NS's advantage, or made normal play of the board impossible,
- then the director should adjust the score in favor of EW (Law 12).
