  11. As we all know ;-) all thoroughbred racehorses are descended from 3 Arab 
  12. stallions.  Somebody has just come up with the results of some dna tests 
  13. that seem to show one of those stallions wasn't Arab after all.  The 
  14. implication is that other breeds may have to be admitted to the world of 
  15. racing - particularly the Akhal-Teke, still raced in Georgia (no, the asian 
  16. Georgia), and believed to be the true breed of one of those 3 stallions.
