  24. Silk long underwear is great.  It adds very little bulk, so it doesn't
  25. interfere with contact.  I'll usually ride in sweats or corduroy jods with
  26. the silk underneath and my LL Bean boots in the winter.  You can get silk
  27. glove and sock liners as well.  My favorite gloves ar crochet back and the
  28. silk liners make them suitable for winter.
