- Silk long underwear is great. It adds very little bulk, so it doesn't
- interfere with contact. I'll usually ride in sweats or corduroy jods with
- the silk underneath and my LL Bean boots in the winter. You can get silk
- glove and sock liners as well. My favorite gloves ar crochet back and the
- silk liners make them suitable for winter.
