  13. My girlfriend sold her 6-month old filly last summer.  In the sale contract,
  14. she specified that the buyer had to give her first refusal if/when he sold
  15. the filly.  Last night, we found out the filly is for sale, and he has yet
  16. to offer the filly to my girlfriend.  Since it was in the contract, does she
  17. for any recourse?  I am also posting this to misc.legal since it is really
  18. a legal question but I thought someone on the net may have dealt with this
  19. in the past and could give some advice.
