  13. I have a set of Cooks Bros. Racing cranks that came on my bike when I
  14. purchased it used at a swap meet last year.  The inner chainring is a
  15. 26 tooth and I'd like to switch to a 24.  The problem is that my trusty
  16. sugino crank arm extracting tool(the socket end) won't fit into the 
  17. recessed area, so I can't remove the crankbolts.  Are there tools avail-
  18. able with a smaller outside socket diameter and where do I find them?
