- I've been toying with the idea of making 3-season shelter out of a Gore-Tex
- bivy sack (REI Cyclops?), thermarest, and then using whatever polypro clothing
- you normally carry for warmth. You should be able to cut at least 4 or so
- pounds off of the weight of a bag and tent combo.
