  13. The bus in question is a '71 (not mine) and is blowing fuses left and right.
  14. When the wipers are switched on, they start to move (slowly) and then the
  15. fuse blows.  Seems to me kind of like something is blocking its motion so
  16. the motor strains, draws too much current and *FOOSH* no more fuse.  Any
  17. other guesses?
