- no problem. my gti16v passenger's door did this, just take the lock apart
- by prying off the chrome or black cover plate on the handle, and removing
- the bolt from inside the door. it's a stupid design that invites theft by
- prying a screwdriver through the door and pressing down on the latch inside
- of the door. just take it apart and look at it... it's easy to see. anyway, by
- realigning everything, and adding lots of wd40 spray, it can be reassembled so
- that it works fine.
