- I doubt that the VW heater will keep you warm at -30C -- in fact, the
- heater in my '86 Nissan Stanza Wagon wouldn't keep me warm when it was
- that cold out, and the heater in my '81 Toyota Diesel Pickup became
- worthless at -25C. However, the heater in my last air-cooled VW (a Type III)
- kept me comfortable down to around -15C. I believe that any 1500 or 1600
- VW sedan's heater will do the same.
