  20. The filter comes pre oiled so you can just put it in. Once you clean it
  21. though, you have to reoil it. If you don't then its like having no air
  22. filter because the oil is the compuund that stops the dirt. Read the 
  23. instructions and the back of the box that the filter came in. It tells you
  24. everything right there. How it works and what to do.
