  13. My new Passat GLX wagon (VR6 engine, 5-speed) seems to idle at about 800rpm
  14. regardless of engine temperature or outside temperature.  Even when the
  15. engine is cold and it's 14 degrees out.  Seems to do okay though.  Is this
  16. the way it's supposed to be?
