  13. I have a 1989 Hyundai Excel (standard 4 speed) that squeals loudly when I 
  14. start it in the cold and also as I accelerate at low speeds.  I brought
  15. it into the shop and they replaced a serpentine belt.  It didn't seem to 
  16. help since it still squeals.  Any suggestions?
