- The new Aquarium Fish magizine has an article about tanks at night and says
- to observe nocturnal fish behavior, red light can be used without distracting
- the fish. Would I need a special red bulb in order to try this, maybe like
- the kind used in film development? Could white light be filtered with
- something as simple as a red transpancy to get the necessary spectrum?
- --Something in my gut tells me this wouldnt be to effective. How could I go
- about getting ahold of a "red" bulb if this is what I need? Are they
- expensive? Thanks for any help.
