  17. Could be.  There are a couple of factors to consider.

  19. -Dealers use price guides because they can't be familiar with every 
  20.  type of collectible or antique that comes along.  You *might* find
  21.  that other calendars are priced similarly because of this.  Or you
  22.  might get lucky and find a dealer who doesn't know what s/he has,
  23.  but I'm dubious.

  25. -What's your time worth to you?  As I pointed out a couple of days ago,
  26.  antique stores/collectives are not generally set up to make looking
  27.  for a specific item easy.  I suppose you could get the Yellow Pages
  28.  and start calling around.  You could try flea markets.  The tradeoff
  29.  again is legwork.
