  12. We are looking for a 4th roommate for our 4BR house in Billerica
  13. This house is a MUST SEE!!

  17. Large yard with in-ground pool and jacuzzi
  18. Large living room, dining room and kitchen
  19. Bedroom is 9'x10' with decent size closet and two windows
  20. Family room with fireplace
  21. Laundry room with washer/dryer
  22. Two bathrooms
  23. Close to shopping centers, 4 miles from 128 and 3 miles from route 3

  25. The three roommates that are remaining are all male professionals that 
  26. keep the place very neat and are non-smokers. We are looking for a 
  27. M/F non-smoker that doesn't have any pets.

  29. Rent is $375/mth plus 1/4 of the utilities.  (We are trying to negotiate a
  30. lower rent with the landlord.)
