A software engineer (27) and a graduate student in Northeastern (27) are
looking for a third housemate to share a 3BR apt in Arlington (a few
blocks North of Capitol theatre).  There are three large bedroom, VERY
large kitchen, a dinining room and a livingroom (all hardwood floor).
Room for two off-street parking space (only one of us has a car).

Rent $290 + utils. A MUST see (through agent so fee is 1/2 month's rent ).

We would like to move in Feb 1 or thereabouts. We prefer a professional
or grad student, female or male, and friendly and independent housemate.
