- I have a question:
-
- Last haloween, I dressed up in a costume that really turned heads.
-
- I put in a pair of skimpy briefs and then put on clothes made entirely
- out of clear plastic. It got a lot of laughs and comments, but what
- concerned me was that as I was walking to a party along a busy street (on the
- sidewalk) people in cars were also turning their heads and there were
- a few near accidents (near misses). I got concerned and went back to
- my apartment to put a coat over my outfit and resumed my walk to
- the party.
-
- If there was an accident, could I have been responsible as an attractive
- nuisense? Do any of you know of any legal cases where something like
- this happened?
-
- Thanks!
- Mark
