  23. I have a migrain headache at the moment, it fogs the mind a bit.
  24.      What I meant to say earlier is that the black man firing a gun a mere 20
  25. feet from where I was in the process of parking caused me a degree of fear.
  26. This "Cowboy Cop (as I characterized him because he would fit quite well into
  27. an old western movie) caused me a HIGHER degree of fear.  A NON-VIOLENT,
  28. un-armed citizen should NOT experience fear for his/her physical safety when
  29. dealing with an officer of the law.  I DID experience a reasonable fear for my
  30. physical safety.
