  13. On June 18, 1992 Bill Clinton on television made it clear that he disagreed with the current administration's policy of returning Haitians, and he would change it.
  14. THIS STATEMENT caused the Haitian people to build boats and start to come over as soon as he was elected !!  HE already has the blood of 400 Haitians on his hands EVEN BEFORE becoming president !  WORDS MEAN THINGS. AS A PRESIDENTIAL CANIDATE AND REALIZING THAT HE MAY BE PRESIDENT, HE MUST CONSIDER THE CONSEQUENCENCES OF HIS STATEMENTS !  Put that in your pipe and smoke it !!!!
