- I'm very interested in this thread. As the tired working mom
- of a 13 month old, I don't see how I can keep this up in a
- couple of years when baby # 2 comes along. The only women
- engineers working part-time were only able to make such an
- arrangement after many years of service to the companies.

- I'm curious about half-time versus 3 days a week part-time
- employment. The astronomical day-care prices make part-time
- unaffordable (you pay full price if you're there at all),
- but every other day seems tougher on the Mom. What do you
