  23. I currently own and have been tracking Reliance Electric (Cleveland, Ohio),
  24. ticker symbol REE on the NYSE.  Reliance had an IPO in May for $19/share.
  25. During June/July timeframe, the stock dipped to 15 1/2 and has been rising
  26. steadily ever since.  Today it opened at 22 1/2 and was at 22 3/4 when
  27. I checked at about 3:30.
