  13. Read the Jan 22, 1993 New York Times Page D1.  In the paper they say that the
  14. firm has had "Suspicious Surges in Volume".  Trading volume has been heavy
  15. a day or so before they make a reccomendation.  This may be a sign of
  16. front-running which is an illegal activity.  It has NOT been proven that they
  17. have done anything wrong.  But, the signs say take a close look.
