- Check either Wall Street Journal, Investor Daily or Barron's. They all
- publish short interest around 22nd - 27th every month. The short selling
- volume is included in the overall voulume displayed in the WSJ.
-
- By the way, I am not a fan of short selling. But I alway check the short
- interest of the stocks I owned or I plan to own. One of my rules is don't
- buy any stock with short interest ratio > 10. Usually a large short interest
- RATIO indicates trouble in the future.
-
- On the other hand, a surge of stock price accompanied with high volume
- and large short decrease confirms that the stock is very likely to go
- even higher.
