- To me, the capitulation of bears, especially jumping into volitile
- stocks and funds in the hopes of "not missing out any further" is the
- sure sign of a top. However I hear that (as of last week) investment
- advisor bullish sentiment is still only 40% bullish, so this is not
- a widespread trend yet (bullish sentiment over 55ish%).
