  12. Does anyone out there know the steps that have to be taken to become a 
  13. Certified Financial Planner, i.e., courses and/or exams that might have to
  14. be taken?

  16. I've been bouncing the idea around of studying to become a financial planner,
  17. but I don't know how to proceed.

  19. In addition, has anyone heard of the College of Financial Planning?  It's 
  20. supposed to be a study-at-home curriculum.  It seems very reputable, but I 
  21. want other opinions.
