- Hi, yes, using weights while doing walking, running, stepping is hard on the
- knees. I guess applying some common sense helps...for instance, why do you
- want to use the weights while you do your aerobics? If it is because you need
- more challenge, then maybe restructuring the workout will be the answer. If
- you want to build muscle, maybe doing a weight routine after will be best.
- But if you really want to use the hand weights during aerobics, I would be
- extra cautious and keep watch for signs of strain and impending injury.
