- I assume you are aware that Niacin can cause flushing. Given that
- VS is a vasodilator, I would not be surprised to see the combined
- effect cause flushing in some individuals. At least with Niacin, this
- is not harmful, although it may be uncomfortable. You may want to
- try taking Niacin alone to see if that causes the symptoms. Most
- health food stores sell a Niacin supplement fairly inexpensively.
- I would not expect 20mg of Niacin to cause a problem by itself, however.
