  13. I am quite interested in two of the Videotapes available from the
  14. folks at "Health for Life". The tapes I am interested in are called
  15. "Power Punching", and "SynerStretch". Unfortunately, the price of
  16. these tapes seems high to me ($60 for PP and $35 for SS).

  18. Anyway, I am interested in hearing any comments any of you might
  19. have on your experience with either of these tapes (are they
  20. worth it?).

  22. Also, If anyone is interested in selling their tape(s) to me I
  23. might be persuaded if the price is reasonable.
