- It all depends on what type of aerobics you want to do, style, intensity
- and duration.
-
- Are you a beginner, intermediate, advanced?
- Do you own a step? weights?
-
- Kathy Smith is no nonsense, pretty creative and gives you a good workout.
- Kari Anderson is GREAT! A little more complicated. She has a new tape
- called"Two the Max" which is 20 min. step and 20 min. high/low
- aerobics--My personal favorite.
- Karen Voight is excellent for strength training-- But, again, you need a
- beench and hand weights.
-
- Hope that helps,
- Kim
