  11. I heard about a book a few monmths ago that told you about a bunch of good
  12. excercises you could do while driving your car.  Since I have to spend a lot of
  13. time  in my car, I'd like to get ahold of this...however I don't recall the
  14. author nor the title.  If anyone has info on this book please e0-mail me, as I
  15. don't have time to check the newsgroups that often.
