  15. That is what the current "debate" on stairmaster technique sounds like.
  16.   If someone asks for advice, fine.  However dont get religious about
  17. fitness.  The whole point is to have fun and enhance your life.
  18.   If someone does it the wrong way, fine.  It is their money, time,
  19. and body.  If they are happy, that is all you need to know unless they
  20. ask you for critical advice.
