- That is what the current "debate" on stairmaster technique sounds like.
- If someone asks for advice, fine. However dont get religious about
- fitness. The whole point is to have fun and enhance your life.
- If someone does it the wrong way, fine. It is their money, time,
- and body. If they are happy, that is all you need to know unless they
- ask you for critical advice.
