- A lot of Ultimate Nutrition's products are highly regarded. I would think
- that their VS is also good. Interestingly enough, UN's VS has 10mg per tab
- compared to just 7.5mg for SportPharma's. I really don't know why, but I
- noticed on the label for UN's VS that they recommend only 1 per day "as a
- dietary" whatever. The SportPharma's version is pushed towards lifters and
- bodybuilders, and they give dosages that are appropriate.
