- Leaky hot water heaters aren't usually considered "fixable", at least
- in part because they're not that expensive nor that difficult to
- install, and because they need periodic replacement anyway. If
- you do it yourself and it's a gas heater, make sure that if it
- isn't already done, you replace the stiff gas connection with
- a flexible one. A plumber would do that as a matter of course.
