- My 40g natural gas water heater has suddenly developed a very
- small leak from its top.
-
- Where the white (fiberglass?) part meets the grey metal round
- "lid" part, I have a very slow water leak. Like one drop every
- few seconds. It drips down the front of the water heater.
-
- There is no obvious (to me) fix for this; everything seems tight.
-
- Anyone out there have an idea what this is and how to fix it?
- Or do I have to bite the bullet and call a plumber?
-
- Thanks!
