- My comment was tongue-in-cheek only to the extent that my actual
- cat control tool is a .22 rifle. It is true that cats just do things
- like walking on the car and killing birds. Dogs bite people and
- other critters do other antisocial things. That is why there are leash
- laws. My luck in getting neighbors to keep their pets up has been
- approximately zero. I like to think of it as saving the pound the
- trouble of catching and euthanazing the beast.
