  15.     Remember a couple of weeks ago on This Old House when 
  16. Steve took a look at some Colonial Style Homes being built
  17. by the architect dude.  In one home, Steve noticed some 
  18. regular house insulation tacked under the stairs and
  19. the architect dude said it was there to help dampen
  20. the noise.  Any thoughts on this?  I think it was
  21. unfaced insulation, but am not sure?  How do you get it
  22. to sxtick under the stairs?
