- The standard perimeter drain I mentioned was in fact an "inside job". Perhaps
- that wasn't clear as mud (or clay in this case).

- The basement is approximately 25' x 40'. The house sits on a fairly level
- lot so all but the top foot of the basement wall is "submerged". Additionally,
- we would like to finish the basement. I don't see how an interior drain
- system complicates this as long as the `integrity' of the basement floor is
- restored.
