  19. The standard perimeter drain I mentioned was in fact an "inside job".  Perhaps
  20. that wasn't clear as mud (or clay in this case).

  29. The basement is approximately 25' x 40'.  The house sits on a fairly level
  30. lot so all but the top foot of the basement wall is "submerged".  Additionally,
  31. we would like to finish the basement.  I don't see how an interior drain
  32. system complicates this as long as the `integrity' of the basement floor is
  33. restored.
