- For water problems this severe during wet spells I've heard that people who build
- in farm land can find that there are field tiles running though the property to drain
- off low areas of farm land. Where my father lives (near Joliet) the area our house
- was built on had field tiles running through it. You may find that those tiles
- could be one of your problems. Luckily those field tiles never caused him any
- problems (then again I think they helped some of his water problems).

- What Chicago suburb are you from?
