  11. The guy who is going to be sanding our hard wood floors has offered us
  12. the option of polyurathane or an arcylic finish.  the arcylic costs $100
  13. more.  Is it worth it?  This isn't our dream home and we hope to move in
  14. 5 - 10 yrs.
