  16. I'm new to EMACS and was reading the GNU Emacs manual and there was mention
  17. of a command  edt-emulation-on. The book says that this will emulate Digitals
  18. EDT editor. The command was taken and the status line says that it loaded
  19. everything fine but when I try the keypad nothing seems to work like EDT.
  20. I'm using an NCD 19 X terminal. Is there some STTY command or something that
  21. I should do to enable the keypad the right way ????
