- I am sure that this is a piddling question but the gnus manual didn't
- seem to offer a solution. I am running gnus through lemacs 19.3 and
- I also think that the problem would occur with the X version of emacs.

- When I try to reply to a message, either posting or email, my default editor,
- in this case lemacs, splits the screen and starts editing a post/email file.
- Now, once the writing is done, I try to mail it and I can't find a command
- to do so! Saving the file doesn't work, and quiting the file quits lemacs
- as well!

- Any ideas? I love gnus mainly because it allows me to weed out all the
- files I don't want easily, but I like to reply now and then!
