- My app wants to be able to black out the entire screen with the exception
- of part of one window. The idea is that there is something I want to
- take a photograph of, and I don't want any other applications, or even
- anything else in that window to appear in the picture. After I'm done
- I want to generate exposures as necessary to restore everything back the
- way it was.
