  13.     Is it possible to have TeX and MetaFONT  set up in such  a way
  14. that uncommon  fonts or fonts at uncommon magnifications are generated
  15. on demand, used, and then discarded?  I have  seen such a system on an
  16. Amiga and  was  wondering if such a  set up is possible  under SUN OS.
  17. Any  pointers would be welcome.  If you are already implementing it, I
  18. would really like to get in touch with you.
