- The answer to my query of the other day seems to be
- to use the latest version of dvips. Where can I
- obtain this? Is it proprietary or in the public
- domain? Until now I have been using DVILASER/PS
- Sun Version 6.3.1 by ArborText, Inc. The folks at
- ArborText do not have a product for handling color,
- nor do they plan one.
-
- Incidentally, I have already made color slides from
- PostScript code, and the results were very good. The
- PostScript for those slides, which are graphs rather
- than text, was produced by S-Plus version 3.1.
- Unfortunately S-Plus does not have very extensive or
- sophisticated text-handling routines, although it
- does make beautiful graphics.
-
- Thanks for all the suggestions.
