- Hello everybody,
-
- I'm using for a short time DMxxx.tfm instead of CMxxx.tfm with emTeX in
- order to get correct hyphenation for accented french words. Dvi-files
- built with these "virtual fonts" have then to be converted with a special
- tool into the normal CM-dvi-files (in order to be printed with the classic
- CM-fonts).
-
- Now I would like to know:
- 1. Does there exist any documentation about virtual fonts ?
- 2. Is the coding scheme of DM-fonts exactly the same as for the extended
- DC-fonts ?
- 3. How to tell METAFONT that the font you want to create is virtual ?
- 4. What are *.vf files for ?
-
- Thanks in advance for your response.
