- Does anybody have experience producing online documentation
- with FrameViewer and/or FrameReader. I'm heading that route
- and would like to hear any tips, stories, suggestions,
- pitfalls, successes, etc.
-
- Also, I'd be interested in hearing about the process you use.
- For instance, what kind of delta is there between the hardcopy
- files and the online files (besides the fact that you have to
- lock the online files). That is, you change the typography, the footers,
- the cross references, etc, for online presentation? Or, do you
- produce your online docs first, and then go back and produce
- the hardcopy?
-
- What tricks do you use to manage the performance of FrameViewer?
- (e.g., optimum file sizes? Copy vs. reference graphics?)
-
- Either post your response or email to me: billwit@pvi.com
- I'll try to put together a summary and post it.
-
-
- Thanks,
- Bill
