- Just for the record - Sun is perfectly happy to sell you either
- a Classic or LX board by itself. They're referred to as the
- SPARCengine Classic and the SPARCengine LX. As I remember, the prices
- are close to what a full machine costs, but that's not surprising.
- Of course, these won't fit in an SS1 box, but I assume if you really
- wanted to you could figure out how to upgrade an IPC or IPX box. But
- I think just going for the standard Sun upgrade is a better deal.
