  31. They don't sound familiar to me, at least for ESD's machines.  The 4D/20
  32. and 4D/25 use a 30 pin (100 mil spacing) simm in a 9 bit wide configuration,  
  33. same as many PC clones.  1Mx9-100ns was the most common size.
  34. The 4D/30, 4D/35, and Indigo R3K used a double high simm with a pinout 
  35. that looks like the above drawing (64 pins, 50mil spacing), but with two 
  36. rows of 9 DRAMs (18 DRAMs total), and a custom gate array on the back.  These
  37. were 9 bits wide, two way interleave simms that came in 2M, 4M, and 8M
  38. sizes (the 4M had 10 of the 18 DRAMS stuffed).  These were custom simms 
  39. that were not found on any other computer.  The Indigo R4K and the
  40. Indigo^2 use a 72 pin (50 mil spacing) 36 bit wide simm, as can be
  41. found in certain IBM PS/2 models.
